Returns

 

We want you to love how Camù fits and feels. If something isn’t quite right, you have 20 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

Returned items should be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in their original packaging. Please also include proof of purchase (like your order email).

To start a return, just email us at contact@camuatelier.com.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a shipping label and step-by-step instructions.
Please note: items sent back without contacting us first won’t be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are covered by you, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damages or Issues

If your order arrives defective, or not what you ordered, please email us right away so we can sort it out and make things right.


Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The quickest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once we get and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund was approved.
If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company might need a few extra days to process it.
